Labradorite is a type of feldspar that displays a beautiful colourplay known as labradorescence or schiller. It is found in Labrador (hence the name) and also in Norway. Chemically it is very complex, and there are no convincing fakes. Its value is as with all stones, its size, but also very much to do with strong schiller that will show its colours ideally from directly above the cut stone. The colours that labradorite  displays are directional, and will come and go as the stone is moved. It is quite difficult to capture its beauty in a photo, but we have tried our best! 

We have many pendants with fine labradorite (bracelets, necklaces and so on as well) but as they are all different we can't put them in the online shop, as in the time it takes to get pictures and put them on the website, they may have been sold.
