Returns

Goods can be returned intact for a full refund within ten days of receipt for any reason, or within 3 months if damaged as a result of faulty manufacture. They must be properly packaged and registered to Byzantium at the return address on the original packaging, and a copy of the original email confirmation enclosed. Postage will not be refunded.

Postage

Postage and packaging is £5 for each order of jewellery, and includes insurance. Multiple items of jewellery in the same order will still only be charged at £5.
Postage on gifts may vary according to weight and size, so please phone us for a quote. In most cases, it is also £5

Rings present a special problem - size.

British ring sizes are alphabetic, L or M being average girls ringfinger size (second finger, next to the little one) American ones are numeric. If you are very sure of the size you need, you can email or phone directly to order it. Please give the design number, your email address, postal address, and your name, and obviously, the size.
Alternatively please phone us with the details.

Also- some rings are easy to size; for example designs in gold can be made to order in any size. Other rings may be available in the size you want, but if not, some are easy to alter, and some are not. We will contact you to say if there will be a charge to alter the ring you have chosen. If you do not want to pay the extra charge, you will not be committed in any way.
