Goods can be returned intact for a full refund within ten days of receipt for any reason or within 3 months if damaged as a result of faulty manufacture. They must be properly packaged and registered to Byezantium at the return address on the original packaging, and a copy of the original email confirmation enclosed. Postage will not be refunded.
